DevPort is a Mac app that shows the network ports and processes on your own computer. This page explains what data DevPort and this website handle.

What stays on your Mac

Everything DevPort shows you — ports, processes, project folders, commands, containers and tunnels — is read on your Mac and stays there. DevPort does not upload it, and it has no analytics or tracking.

DevPort stores its settings and the list of projects it has seen in ~/Library/Application Support/DevPort on your Mac. Environment variables, which can contain secrets, are never saved.

Licence checks

When you activate DevPort, and occasionally afterwards, the app sends your licence key, an activation ID and your Mac's name to Dodo Payments to confirm the licence is valid. Your licence is stored in your Mac's keychain.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record. They collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the payment, send your receipt and licence key, and meet tax obligations. See the Dodo Payments privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details from Dodo so we can provide support.
